This site is dedicated to sports fans everywhere. We love the NBA, the NFL and Major League baseball. But let’s face it, watching sports on TV does not require much exercise. And it is very easy to sit there and watch your favorite sports team play on the tube and gain weight.
Why? Well, what usually comes along with watching sports on TV? Junk food! Especially the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl has become an event for sports fans and a huge “pig-out” day in America.
I myself watch a ton of sports on TV and I have got to be careful not to snack too much while I’m watching the game. But sometimes I fail just like anyone else. My #1 weakness is soft tacos. I love them and I love to eat them when I am watching sports on TV. So I try my best to keep them away when I’m enjoying a ball game because they are loaded with fat and sodium. But man they are good!
The downside to those soft tacos that I love so much is weight gain. Unless you have been living in a cave you obviously know that the #1 way to keep the pounds off is to exercise often. And the next most important thing to do is eat right. Eating right and getting plenty of exercise is essential when it comes to us coach potatoes who love watching sports.
